How to Order Custom Coffee Sleeves: A Checklist
Ordering custom coffee sleeves is simple once you know what to gather. Pull these pieces together before you request a quote and you’ll get accurate pricing and a great mockup on the first pass.
1. Your artwork
Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) if you have one — it prints sharpest at any size. No vector? Send the highest-resolution image you have, or even a photo of your signage, and our designers rebuild it press-ready for free.
2. Your cup sizes
Tell us which cups you serve — most cafes use an 8–12oz and a 12–24oz sleeve. If you want one sleeve to stretch across sizes, ask about adjustable designs. See our size guide for the full breakdown.
3. Quantity
Estimate from your weekly to-go volume. Our minimum is 500, but per-sleeve pricing improves a lot in the thousands — most cafes order 5,000–20,000 at a time. Approximate is fine; we’ll firm it up.
4. Stock and print method
- Stock: natural kraft, white, or black corrugated.

5. Your deadline
Standard production is about two weeks from approval. If you have a grand opening or event date, tell us up front and we’ll confirm rush options.
Then leave the rest to us
Send those five things and we’ll return a free, photo-real mockup within 24 hours, revise until you’re happy, and only start the run once you approve. No setup fees, no plate fees on reorders.
