The kraft sleeve is the workhorse of every busy counter, and ours is built from single-face corrugated kraft paper — a smooth printable liner bonded to an open E-flute corrugation that traps air against the cup. That air gap is the whole point: it insulates a fresh pour so the hand stays comfortable without doubling cups. The natural brown face takes ink with a warm, honest look that suits coffee better than any bright white ever has, which is why kraft remains the style cafés reorder year after year.

We print kraft sleeves by flexography in one or two spot colors — the classic look of a crisp dark logo on brown paper — or run them digitally when you want finer detail, halftones or more colors on the kraft face. Inks are water-based and low-odor, appropriate for a sleeve that sits inches from someone’s mouth all morning. Artwork can repeat around the full wrap or sit centered on the front panel, and we position it on the die line so nothing important falls into the glued seam.

Every sleeve is die-cut to the standard tapered arc that fits 10 oz through 24 oz hot cups, glued into its lap seam, and shipped flat in compact bundles — a case takes a shelf, not a stockroom. They pop open with one squeeze and slide onto a 12 oz or 16 oz cup without wrestling. Because the blanks nest tightly, freight stays sensible even at volume, and mixed artwork versions can share a single production run if you brand multiple locations.
