Plan on a bit more than one sleeve per guest — coffee carts often serve a morning and an evening round, and people come back. For a 120-guest wedding, 200–250 sleeves is a safe, low-stress number, and the per-unit cost at that range is small.
Timing
Standard production is about two weeks from an approved mockup, so request your quote at least three to four weeks out to leave room for revisions. Have a firmer date? Tell us and we’ll confirm rush options.
